The second step of the professional InLei Brow Bomber treatment. It fixes the new direction and shape of the brow hairs after Brow Lift 1
Processing time
• 5–8 minutes depending on the thickness and structure of the hair
How to use
After removing Brow Lift 1, arrange the brow hairs in the desired direction. Apply Brow Lock 2 evenly over all hairs, leave for 5–8 minutes and remove with a damp cotton pad
