Bonus Program

Points Accrual
Points are accrued only for orders that have been actually paid.
If an order is canceled or not paid, no points are accrued.
For every 1 shekel paid by the participant, 2 points are earned.
The number of points may increase according to the participant’s level.
Points are calculated by rounding down.

Use of Points
At checkout, you may use either a coupon or points. Simultaneous use is not possible.
100 points = 1 ₪
Points cannot be used to pay for discounted or promotional products.

Participant Levels
Bronze — from 0 to 10,000 points.
Silver — from 10,000 to 40,000 points.
Gold — from 40,000 points and above.

Terms of Use

Orders and Payment
Orders are placed online through the WooCommerce system.
Accurate details and a valid payment method must be provided when placing an order.
Order confirmation is subject to payment approval. An automatic confirmation email will be sent after successful payment.

Payment
Payment is accepted by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered on the Site.
Payments are processed securely through external payment gateways; card details are not stored by the Company.
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise

Age restriction
Purchases on this website are permitted only for individuals aged 18 and above. By making a purchase on the website, the customer declares that they are over 18 and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. In case of a purchase made by a minor, responsibility lies with the parent or legal guardian

Shipping
Orders are shipped by courier or mail, according to the customer’s selection at checkout.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination address and package weight.
Delivery times are estimates and may change due to external factors.
Cash on delivery is available for shipments in Haifa, Krayot, and Nesher, as well as for self-pickup. Cash on delivery throughout Israel is available starting from the second order. The first order is not eligible for cash on delivery.
For cash on delivery shipments across Israel, a fee of 25 ₪ is charged by the delivery company. A slight delivery delay may also occur, as not every courier is authorized to accept cash. Deliveries in Haifa, Krayot, and Nesher are not subject to this fee.
If the customer does not collect the package or requests to cancel the transaction after the order has been shipped, all costs related to return shipping will be borne by the customer. A refund will be issued minus the actual shipping costs incurred.

Returns and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are carried out in accordance with consumer protection law and the return policy on the Site.
To request a return or cancellation, you must contact the company via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on the website
The customer must return the product unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the transaction.

User Account
Account registration is not mandatory but allows viewing order history, tracking shipments, and managing details.
Responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of account login details lies with the customer.

The Site uses cookies for site operation, saving user preferences, shopping cart functionality, and improving user experience.
