Thuya Step 2 Liquid Neutralizer 15ml is the second step in professional lash lift and brow lamination treatments. After Step 1, the neutralizer stops the chemical process and fixes the hair in its new shape.
The liquid texture allows even application and economical professional use. One bottle provides approximately 40 treatments depending on the amount used per service.
How to use for brows
After removing Step 1, apply the neutralizer evenly to the brow hairs, cover according to the Thuya protocol and leave for 15 minutes. Remove with a cotton swab moistened with water.
