All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by courier or mail, according to the customer’s selection at checkout.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination address and package weight.
Delivery times are estimates and may change due to external factors.
Cash on delivery is available for shipments in Haifa, Krayot, and Nesher, as well as for self-pickup. Cash on delivery throughout Israel is available starting from the second order. The first order is not eligible for cash on delivery.
For cash on delivery shipments across Israel, a fee of 25 ₪ is charged by the delivery company. A slight delivery delay may also occur, as not every courier is authorized to accept cash. Deliveries in Haifa, Krayot, and Nesher are not subject to this fee.
If the customer does not collect the package or requests to cancel the transaction after the order has been shipped, all costs related to return shipping will be borne by the customer. A refund will be issued minus the actual shipping costs incurred.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are carried out in accordance with consumer protection law and the return policy on the Site.

The customer must return the product unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the transaction.
