LOCA Professional 3% Oxidant is a liquid developer in a 50ml format, designed for use with LOCA professional brow tints.
When combined with LOCA color, it supports even pigment development, balanced coloring of the brow hairs and a visible but light, natural-looking stain on the skin. The oxidant has a cool undertone and is especially suitable for professional brow coloring.

How to Use
- Place a small portion of LOCA tint into a mixing dish.
- Add approximately 4–6 drops of LOCA 3% oxidant.
- Mix thoroughly until the texture is uniform.
- Apply to clean, dry brows.
- Recommended processing time: approximately 7–10 minutes for fine hair and 8–12 minutes for thicker hair.
- Remove gently with a damp cotton pad.
The amount of oxidant may be adjusted slightly depending on the desired effect. Using less oxidant can produce a more saturated result.
