Step 2 fixing solutions for lash and brow lifts

Step 2 is the fixing step: the neutralizer closes the bonds opened in step 1 and sets the lashes in their new shape. Without it the curl will not hold, so this is the step that decides retention. This page lists neutralizers and fixing creams on their own, in sachets and bottles, from the same brands as step 1.

Step 2 timing is usually equal to step 1 or slightly shorter, as the manufacturer instructs. Apply it on exactly the same area, without touching the tips, and remove gently without rinsing before step 3.
